The Imaging Clinic is committed to ensuring that patients and referring clinicians are confident that they can access the best available diagnostic imaging and image-guided treatments. We are a long-established chambers of clinical radiologists – all consultants are fully registered with the GMC and with many years of clinical experience.
We offer all major imaging modalities on a number of sites in London and the South-east including:
- Molecular Imaging including PET CT and Nuclear Medicine/SPECT;
- MRI scans;
- CT scans;
- Ultrasound scanning (including Doppler imaging);
- Digital X-rays;
- Bone densitometry (DEXA scanning);
- Full field digital mammography;
- Interventional radiology.
The Imaging Clinic is looking for new interventional and musculoskeletal radiologists anywhere in the UK to join its chambers. It can manage bookings and invoicing, optimising income in a way that network hospitals cannot. It also encourages radiologists who want to be independent of an existing ‘local’ group to achieve independence of groups offering partial parity with a long ‘lead in’ to full equity.
The company works in partnership with Incorporated Health to offer non-radiological chambers such as cardiologists, a profit share for scanning – for example, CT coronary artery calcium scores and coronary angiography. It also collaborates with clinics offering the ‘worried well’ executive health screening packages.
In partnership with Doctorum, The Imaging Clinic and Incorporated Health offers ALL clinicians second opinions with its ‘second look’ reporting services, and can receive scans that have been directly uploaded or sent from NHS and independent facilities using the Image Exchange Protocol (IEP), as well as hard copy images.
