Videos give doctors help to deal with complaints

Consultants and GPs in private practice can now get help with handling complaints via  four new training videos from the Indep­endent Sector Complaints Adjud­ication Service (ISCAS).

The ten-minute videos aim to ‘enhance complaints training and adherence to the ISCAS Code’.

They are:

  • General Complaint Handling Principles Under the ISCAS Code;
  • Stage 1: Managing Complaints Under the ISCAS Code;
  • Stage 2: Managing Complaints Under the ISCAS Code;
  • Stage 3: Managing Complaints Under the ISCAS Code;

ISCAS subscribers have immediate access to them using their subscribers log-in.
