New recruits to Mayo Clinic take on salaried jobs

Two of three new physicians who have joined London’s Mayo Clinic Healthcare have taken salaried jobs.
Dr Safia Debar’s focus areas include stress management, executive health screenings, women’s health and hormone health, and tailored medical examinations.
Dr Helen Mitakidis specialises in family medicine, infectious diseases, travel medicine, women’s health, preventive medicine, tailored medical examinations and executive health screenings.

Dr Sarmed Sami, a gastro-enterologist, is self-employed and provides services via a consultancy agreement at the Mayo’s outpatient clinic.

The founder and director of Digestive Health UK is also an associate professor with honorary positions at University College London Hospitals NHS Trust and University College.
