Pandemic hits opening of huge private hospital

The pandemic has pushed back the planned opening of a major new hospital: the under-construction Cleveland Clinic London. 

Chief executive Dr Brian Donley said: ‘The Covid-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges and an unavoidable delay due to lockdown, but we are now making great progress while ensuring the safety of all workers on site.’
