Support for inspections for private GPs

Private GPs are to be supported under a new partnership between the Independent Doctors Feder­ation (IDF) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Development Service. 

They will assist practices deemed ‘inadequate’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) using a team of experienced primary care professionals.
