Q I am an ENT surgeon in independent practice and I’ve received a letter of notification from a solicitor about a young patient who recently consulted me about a pinnaplasty.
The solicitors already have the patient’s records, which were sent by the hospital, and the letter suggests the patient’s father is unhappy about the operation.
