Bupa UK’s general manager has called for concerted action from all in the private healthcare market to improve patient experience, affordability – and demonstrate quality.

He warned that the need for fundamental reform of the private-paid sector was more pressing than ever after a year of continued market decline in private medical insurance (PMI).
